Epic Brand Evolution

What do the biblical David, the slow and steady Tortoise, and Cinderella have in common? They all stick it to the man. At Simply180, we had a chance to write and witness yet another real-life version of the triumphant underdog fable. We call it The Tale of MasterCraft Builder Group and the Giants. 

The story begins with MasterCraft founders’ idea to build semi-custom homes as they would for themselves, focusing on quality. Excellent! But how do you bring this idea to Northeast Florida’s market saturated with well-established national homebuilders and their massive marketing budgets? 

Our storyline continues with Simply180 molding the founders’ concept into a brand promise of Higher Standards. We reiterate this message in various ways and through many channels – asserting that higher-quality homes provide higher resale value and higher quality of life. 

The plot culminates in the epic transformation of a small startup into a heavyweight champion, dwarfing the competition and earning The Best of St Augustine distinction six years in a row (and counting). We are blessed to play a role in a happy (and hopefully never-ending) story of a lasting client-agency partnership leading to continuous brand evolution and sustainable business growth. The narrative goes on and on for many happy returns on marketing investments.
