Relationship Barometer is the first mobile app to help you discover what matters to you in your love relationship. The app organizes data you enter over the course of a relationship or multiple relationships. Using weather symbols, you see forecasts of your relationship in the future based on past and present trends.

Challenge

Conduct strategic market research, develop the brand’s identity and value proposition, design and develop the app, website and social media pages. Create and populate app store pages for both Apple and Android.

Solution

We developed the app using PhoneGap, an application container technology to create natively installed applications for mobile devices using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We chose PhoneGap over native solutions because our client wanted to go-to-market on both iOS and Android as cost-efficiently as possible.

Results

The hybrid approach proved to reduce the time and cost associated with the initial release of the app as well as new features and version updates.
